Spurwink is seeking a CCBHC Care Coordinator/Cultural Broker to join the ShifaME team in Cumberland County. This role provides case management for forcibly displaced children and families facing resettlement, trauma, and isolation, working across home, school, community and office settings.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, bilingual with language skills to serve diverse communities, and able to bridge cultural differences while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
