Ready for a driving job that keeps you moving? K&R Express, a Fed Ex contractor, is hiring reliable Delivery Drivers for dense residential and business routes in the Portland, ME area. You’ll average about 175 stops per day
, drive a company vehicle, and be home after your route is complete.
We’ve operated from our Saco terminal for 2 years and are building a dependable, safety-focused team. We provide the vehicle, uniform, training, and support you need to succeed.
Terminal: 115 Industrial Park Rd, Saco, ME 04072
Pay & Benefits- $250/day after 1 week on a solo route
- $220/day training pay
- Health insurance for full-time employees
- 5 days PTO after 1 year
- Company vehicle and uniform provided
- Start: 8:00 AM until route completion
- Operations:
Monday–Saturday - Full-time:
Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Saturday - Part-time: 2–4 days/week;
Saturday required
- Pick up your vehicle and packages at the Fed Ex terminal
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections
- Safely complete package delivery routes
- Scan and log packages
- Use GPS to navigate stops
- Handle packages up to 150 lbs safely
- 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- Clean MVR; must be willing to submit to MVR review
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Must be willing to submit to a drug test and DOT physical
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Driving or physical/manual labor experience preferred
- No CDL required
If you’re responsible, eager to work, and take safety seriously, we’re willing to invest in you. Courier or package delivery experience is helpful, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.
