Groundworks is seeking a talented Warehouse Manager to join our tribe in Canby, OR. The Warehouse Manager oversees and coordinates warehouse functions at a Branch Location, supporting the productivity of the Branch and the organization related to foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete restoration.

• Completes tasks relating to warehouse and distribution of materials to crews, customer work locations, and within the warehouse.
• Manages a safe and clean work environment.
• Organizes inventory area and tool room based on operational best practices.
• Supervises and manages warehouse staff.
• Ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through.
• Ensures that orders arrive and are dispatched on time in expected quantities.
• Coordinates with Branch Management and Senior Management to assess labor and output needs for the warehouse.
• Works with all departments and locations across the organization.
• Reads and digests reports, data, statistics, and similar information.
• Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles issues expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion.
• Operates or is trained to operate a forklift.
• Occasional travel.

• 2-5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of current OSHA regulations.
• Forklift operator’s license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge and understanding of structural foundations, waterproofing, and related products is a plus.
• Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as required.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, and related software.

This position is manual and physical in nature. It requires lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects up to and around 50 lbs or more, may require walking and standing for extended periods of time, and must reliably report to work on time each working day.

• Full-time onsite at 390 S. Redwood St., Canby, OR 97013.
