Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented forklift operators to join our warehouse team in Portland, ME! This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including loading, order fulfillment, cycle counting, put-away, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Portland, Maine
Responsibilities- Perform daily material handling activities, including loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Fulfill and process customer orders accurately while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, infestation, and proper identification, including part numbers and batch information.
- Report shortages, overages, damages, and inventory discrepancies using established company procedures and documentation.
- Apply appropriate product labels and ensure materials are properly stacked, stored, and protected from damage.
- Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and inventory control activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company housekeeping and safety standards.
- One or more years of experience operating stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts are required.
- Previous experience working in freezer or cooler environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
