We are seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of core accounting processes and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role will oversee a small contract-based support group while partnering closely with internal teammates. The position requires strong general ledger expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to improve and streamline financial operations.
This is an individual‑contributor position that reports to the Manager, Corporate Finance

- Oversee daily accounting activities and provide direction to a contract accounting team
- Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Partner with cross‑functional teams on technical accounting considerations and organizational projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and coordinate audit deliverables
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and greater efficiency
- Clear, concise communicator who can work effectively with teams at all levels
- High ownership mindset with strong follow‑through
- Able to operate in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated collaboration skills across departments and outside vendor relationships
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable asking questions or proposing new approaches
- 4+ years of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience working in a dynamic, project‑oriented company
- Comfort with modern accounting systems
- Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
- Experience with project management or workflow tools
- Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week in office
- CPA or other relevant certification
- Experience leading contractors or external partners
