Senior Staff Accountant

Mulberry is partnering with an innovative medical device manufacturer commercializing a next-generation product line that reflects a commitment to human-centered engineering, improved clinical experience, and environmentally responsible practices.

As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close activities. This role is ideal for a strong Staff Accountant looking to take the next step or an experienced Senior Staff Accountant who enjoys working hands-on across core accounting functions in a growing organization.

• Process and manage daily order entry, customer returns & internal product fulfillment
• Daily deposits and remittance reconciliation
• Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities including weekly check runs
• Prepare and post recurring and ad-hoc month-end journal entries
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support payroll processing and related reconciliations
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely accounting data

• Bachelor level degree in accounting required
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with cost accounting/COGS

• Manufacturing/inventory experience
