• 8+ years of accounting and finance experience
• Cash flow (>$50M) forecasting experience required
• Experience with in Real Estate/Property/AEC/Construction preferred

Someone with a methodical mindset and extensive accounting experience, ready to step in and make an immediate impact.

You’ll handle the management of accounting, forecasting, and budgets for multiple business entities and initiatives. With responsibilities ranging from drafting financial statements to processing 50-65 invoices per week, this position calls for precision, consistency, and a strong handle on day-to-day accounting operations. They’re looking for a team player to partner with the corporate accounting team for big picture analysis and the management of multi-state portfolios.

Success in this role calls for excellent communication, a collaborative spirit, and top-tier organizational skills – plus the integrity, discretion, and technical know-how to handle sensitive information with confidence.

This is a fully on-site role, parking provided by the employer.
