Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our property management team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financials across a diverse property portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Yardi software. In this role, you will:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned properties, including general ledger maintenance, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
• Oversee A/P and A/R functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper coding.

To be a fit, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within property management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and property-level financial reporting.
