Accounting Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
• At least 1–2 years of experience preparing journal entries
• Inventory accounting knowledge preferred
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)

As the Accounting Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assisting with journal entries related to COGS and other GL accounts and supporting year‑round close processes. Having some experience with inventory will be your greatest asset, as you’ll also reconcile inventory sub‑ledgers to general ledgers, analyze inventory transactions and variances, and prepare entries related to inventory accounts.
