職務内容:

アカウンティング・マネージャーとして財務経理チームを管理し、社内に最適な経理環境を提供する。日本オフィスの内部財務業務を担当し、効率的な経理プロセスや手続きを設計・導入します。またこのポジションは税務申告や内部統制システムにおける重要な役割を担っていただきます。税務コンサルタントや他部門と連携し関連法規の遵守を徹底します。

• クライアントの正確な帳簿記録を管理し、各クライアントのニーズに併せて月次、四半期、年次財務報告書を作成する。関連する会計基準、現地規制、会社方針を遵守しながら、法廷年次決算を作成する。
• クライアントとの主要な窓口となり、会計上の懸念に対応し、定期的な最新情報の提供、高いレベルの顧客満足度を確保する。
• 税務コンサルタントと連携し、会社が法廷要件を満たしていることを確認する。監査時に監査人との調整をサポートし、必要文書の提供、会計手順を明確にすることで、円滑な監査プロセスを確保する。
• 経理チームをリード、指導する（最大で7名のマネジメントをお任せします）。ディレクターから割り当てられた特別プロジェクトに参加し、部門内の継続的な改善と革新に貢献し、効率性と正確性を促進する。
• ディレクターの補佐（英語でのUSへの報告を含む）、キャッシュフローの予測、キャッシュポジションを管理する

As an Accounting Manager, you'll manage the accounting team to deliver top-tier accounting services to internal clients. You'll also handle internal finance operations for our Japan office, and design and implement efficient accounting processes and procedures. This role is a key player in the company's tax return and internal control system. You'll collaborate with tax consultants and other functions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for clients and prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Prepare annual statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and company policies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their accounting concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Liaise with tax consultants to ensure the company meets statutory requirements.
• Assist in coordinating with auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and clarify accounting procedures, ensuring smooth audit processes.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by the Director, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the department, promoting efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist Director to forecast cash flows and manage cash position.
