Salary: $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience

• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Support month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Maintain organized accounting records and assist with ad hoc reporting
• Coordinate daily accounts payable activities and support accounts receivable as backup
• Partner with leadership to improve accounting workflows and reporting accuracy

• 3+ years of accounting experience with a solid foundation in GAAP and general ledger management
• Experience supporting month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Practical knowledge of full‑cycle accounts payable and familiarity with accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
