Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk

Salary: $22-$27/hour (DOE)

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance team for an initial 3-month assignment. This role is approximately 30 hours per week and will be primarily in-office, with potential for some hybrid flexibility. Strong potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Match, batch, and code invoices in a timely manner
  • Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with check runs and payment processing
  • Maintain organized and accurate AP records
  • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate variances
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 1+ year of Accounts Payable or related experience preferred
  • Experience with Concur and Quick Books required
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time schedule
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
