Sr. Corporate Accountant

Newly available Corporate Accounting role with long-standing manufacturing company in Portland, OR.

We’re looking for someone who will thrive in an interactive and diverse role focused in Month End close, reporting and special projects. As the best fit, you should bring 3+ years of G/L accounting focused experience from Corporate accounting, public accounting, or a blend alongside a Accounting or Finance Degree.

This team relies on someone who is highly interactive with people across the organization, it’s best suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment who will take ownership of this role and be excited to grow.

Hybrid (2 days on site/week) in Lake Oswego area

$85-94k + 20% Bonus

• Main focus on Month and quarter end including J/Es, Balance Sheet reconciliations and analysis
• Supporting a diverse range of entities, including interaction with a wide range internal stakeholders
• Support quarterly financial statement preparation, including accounting for multiple subsidiaries
• Support a variety of miscellaneous projects across the accounting/finance function
• Review Contracts, AP coding, and some vendor management

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of G/L experience, can come from public only, corporate only, or a mix
• Strong ability to work with a variety of people across an organization
• Ability to pivot quickly to focus on new projects
• Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences
• Strong Excel skills, ability to build Pivot Tables and Lookups
