Newly Created Role

Hybrid, 3 days onsite, Standard 40 hours off peak, 45-50 during peak (close)

• Day to Day General Ledger, Journal Entries, Reconciliation
• Accounting for the Corporate Accounting functions and subsidiaries not including production
• Supervise the AP and Corporate GL teams
• Consolidations and Eliminations
• Support some Technical Accounting pieces
• Expenses at a Consolidated level and allocation
• Participate in M&A as it comes up, most likely on the integration side

• BS in Accounting, CPA is preferred5+ years of experience in Accounting, including some leadership experience
• US GAAP and General Ledger experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting policy application, technical accounting research, and financial control frameworks
• Someone strong with systems and process improvements (AP specific highly preferred)

• We work with in a lot of moving parts, so needs the ability to pick things up and put things down.
• A lot of interdepartmental communication, needs to be able to interact directly with executives. This company culture prefers direct in person communication when possible – walk down the hall style.
