Participating in the Financial Reporting that rolls up to parent company
Part of the team that puts together the Financial Reporting Package – primary preparer of schedules

50% Technical Accounting

Purchase accounting and advise to divisions on various technical accounting needs
Contract Review for Technical Accounting judgementals for revenue and inventory
Provide Technical Accounting guidance to locations
Lease Accounting

We are looking for

BS Degree in Accounting, CPA certification preferred
4+ years of experience, including having been a Senior in Public Accounting
Some Technical Accounting research experience
Ideally Inventory (ASC 330) or Revenue (ASC 606)
Participate in Business Combinations (ASC 805)
Must have the ability to pick up various areas of expertise for review independently, without needing a lot of hand holding
Contract review experience
