Meritus Property Group is seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Accountant responsible for the financial management and reporting of multifamily properties. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and partner closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in property management accounting and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
This position offers an office environment with potential for hybrid work after training.
