Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations and journal entries
• Complete CAM reconciliations and track property expenses
• Support audits, budgeting, and financial analysis
Qualifications for the Property Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Property accounting experience (commercial preferred)
