A high‑growth, entrepreneurial leadership and financial advisory firm is expanding its Seattle team and seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals ready to accelerate their careers. This organization partners with Fortune 1000 and large‑cap companies to solve complex, high‑impact financial challenges—ranging from IPO readiness and M&A to technical accounting and transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Lead and deliver critical accounting and finance projects for large, complex organizations
- Support initiatives such as IPO readiness, mergers & acquisitions, carve‑outs, and financial reporting transformations
- Apply deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders and finance leaders
- Contribute to business development, recruiting, and internal growth initiatives
- 6+ years of experience in external audit (required)
- Background from Big 4 or leading national firms
- At least 1–3 busy seasons as a Senior
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Demonstrated career progression and professional stability
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, macros a plus)
- CPA or active progress toward certification
- Hybrid experience across public accounting + industry or advisory
- Experience with large public companies ($500M–$3B+ revenue)
- High‑energy, adaptable, and intellectually curious
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding beyond traditional audit work
- Proven ability to learn quickly and deliver immediate value
- Team‑oriented with a long‑term growth perspective
Moderate travel expected (~25–60%), depending on project and client needs.
Primarily within your assigned market (San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle) and surrounding client locations.
Flexibility required for on‑site client engagements.
