LHH is working with a stable, growth-oriented organization adding a Corporate Accounting Manager to support consolidated reporting, core accounting operations, and team leadership at the corporate level.
This is a high-visibility role that blends hands‑on accounting
, team leadership
, and process improvement
—with exposure to M&A activity and executive leadership.
Location: Portland, Hybrid
- Multiple MDV Plans
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Oversee general ledger accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and close support
- Manage consolidations and intercompany eliminations across multiple entities
- Support technical accounting research and policy application under GAAP
- Own corporate‑level expense accounting, including allocations and analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with finance and business leaders on accounting matters
- Assist with M&A integration efforts as they arise
- Lead and develop corporate and operational accounting team
- Drive process improvements, particularly within accounting workflows
What they’re looking for:
- BS in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
- Strong foundation in GAAP, consolidations, and financial controls
- Experience in corporate accounting within a multi‑entity structure
- Proven ability to improve processes and systems
- Comfortable operating in a hands‑on role while leading a team
- Strong communicator—able to engage with both accounting teams and senior leadership
