Overview
LHH is proud to support our clients for many years, helping to build teams long term. This newly created role will focus on process improvement and efficiency. We are looking for someone who would love this level for some time to come.
Senior Accountant, Team Lead - Hybrid 2 days onsite
Salary: 100-125K base + small bonus
Responsibilities- Oversee day to day accounting functions including cash, AP/AR, check runs for multiple entities
- Some custom invoicing
- Review and report on employee expense reports and credit cards
- Fixed assets management
- Month end close, focused on balance sheet (GL and subledgers)
- Participate in company initiatives, process improvements, automation, and rollout of new methods
- Provide some support for year end tax needs
- 5+ years of related experience, including some experience with AP/AR
- Ability to mentor others. Ideally this position will not move into people management in the near future, but will have a heavy role in mentorship
- Flexibility and openness; culture fit is important
- Professionalism and enthusiasm for growth and process improvement
