Accounts Receivable Specialists

LHH is currently seeking Accounts Receivable Specialists for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.

Potential Responsibilities

* Process customer payments and maintain accurate records

* Generate and distribute invoices

* Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts

* Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

* Support month-end reporting and accounting activities

* Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment questions

* Assist with collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships

Qualifications

* Previous Accounts Receivable or accounting experience preferred

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
