LHH is partnered with a project-based organization hiring for a seasoned controller with industry background (AEC) and large team leading experience.

Location:

Portland, OR

• Compensation: $180-210K + discretionary bonus
• PTO: 3 weeks + holidays, grows with tenure
• 401k/retirement : ~4% match
• MDV :
  Multiple medical plan options

• Managing all aspects of financial close and reporting
• Manages operational accounting A/P and A/R teams
• Owns job costing for active projects, management of WIP schedules and percentage-complete revenue
• Mentorship of team, developing of professionals across levels
• Heavy participation in M&A activity including deals and integrations
• Management of regulatory and financial audits
• Reporting to executive leadership

• 10+ years accounting experience, including 5+ with management of teams of 10+
• AEC experience preferred – open to candidates from other industries with strong GL depth and accounting operations experience
• CPA/CMA Preferred
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
