About Keller Williams Realty Portland Central

Keller Williams Realty Portland Central is a high-energy real estate brokerage serving approximately 200+/- real estate agents across Oregon and Washington.

We are a growth-minded, agent-focused company built around leadership, accountability, training, culture, and financial strength. Our office is fast-moving, people-oriented, and deeply committed to helping real estate professionals build bigger businesses.

We are now hiring a Market Center Administrator
, also known as an MCA
, to serve as the financial and operational heartbeat of our company. This person operates similar as a CFO role.

This is not a quiet back-office bookkeeping job where you disappear behind a spreadsheet for eight hours. Yes, we need someone who loves clean books, accurate numbers, organized systems, and deadlines. But we also need someone who brings warmth, energy, humor, and leadership into the room.

In other words: you should be able to reconcile accounts, protect owner profit, solve problems quickly, and still make people feel glad they walked into the office.

The Role

The MCA is a key leadership role inside Keller Williams Realty Portland Central. You will work directly with the CEO and help manage the financial health, operational rhythm, and cultural experience of the brokerage.

Your primary responsibility is to increase and protect owner profit by ensuring the financials are accurate, accounts receivable and accounts payable are handled properly, agent billing is clean, deadlines are met, and leadership has clear visibility into the numbers.

You will also serve as a cultural ambassador for the company. Our agents should experience you as organized, helpful, upbeat, professional, and solutions-oriented.

The right person is structured, fast, detail-oriented, financially responsible, and comfortable being part of a people-heavy environment.

What You’ll Own is Financial Operations

You will be responsible for making sure the financial engine of the brokerage runs cleanly and accurately.

  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Processing agent billings, payments, and financial records accurately
  • Maintaining clean bookkeeping and accounting systems
  • Completing weekly financial reviews and soft closes
  • Preparing timely and accurate month-end close information
  • Monitoring income, expenses, cash flow, and profitability
  • Supporting leadership with financial reporting and decision-making
  • Ensuring transactions are properly recorded and tracked
  • Managing vendor payments, office expenses, and purchasing
  • Protecting the company’s financial standards, timelines, and systems
Operations & Systems

You will help create and maintain the systems that allow a 200-agent brokerage to run smoothly.

  • Keeping operational processes organized and documented
  • Helping improve workflows for staff, agents, vendors, and leadership
  • Maintaining clean communication between finance, operations, leadership, and agents
  • Supporting office systems, technology, supplies, and administrative processes
  • Identifying problems early and bringing solutions quickly
  • Helping the CEO and leadership team stay informed with accurate numbers and updates
Culture & Agent Experience

This role is also about people.

You will be interacting with agents, staff, vendors, and leadership regularly. We need someone who understands that financial accuracy and great customer service are not separate things.

  • Serving as a positive, professional presence in the office
  • Helping agents feel supported, respected, and informed
  • Communicating clearly and calmly when solving billing or financial questions
  • Protecting the culture of the office through professionalism, warmth, and follow-through
  • Being a trusted resource for agents and staff
  • Bringing energy, levity, and solutions to a fast-paced environment
Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who loves structure, accuracy, and accountability, but also enjoys working with people.

You may be a great fit if you are:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong with bookkeeping, accounting, AR/AP, reconciliations, and financial…
