Carson has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our NW Portland team. This role supports the finance team, ensuring accurate data entry and timely invoice processing to pay vendors.
You will enter invoices in the ERP system, match pricing and taxes, run weekly checks, reconcile vendor statements, and collaborate across departments. A minimum of two years data entry, strong detail orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP are required.
