You'll oversee the company's accounting operations while providing timely, accurate financial information that helps leadership make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Managing the month-end and year-end close process
- Preparing financial statements and management reporting
- Monitoring cash flow and supporting budgeting and forecasting
- Maintaining strong internal controls and audit-ready financial records
- Partnering with operational leaders to improve financial visibility
- Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong financial reporting and general accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in construction, field services, project-based businesses, or similar industries is helpful but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:Base Salary:
Starting at $79K annually, with a structured progression plan designed to reward performance with substantial salary growth in a two-year span.
