Accounts Payable Specialists

LHH is currently seeking Accounts Payable Specialists for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.

Potential Responsibilities

* Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently

* Review and reconcile vendor statements

* Assist with payment processing and check runs

* Research and resolve invoice discrepancies

* Maintain vendor records and documentation

* Support month-end closing activities

* Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries

Qualifications

* Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Knowledge of accounting principles and processes

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
