? We are partnering with an established Portland-area company that needs an AP Operations Analyst to provide temporary support across accounting operations, reporting, and special projects
.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands AP fundamentals but is ready for work that involves more analysis, ownership, and follow-through
. You will train onsite and may transition to a hybrid schedule once you are comfortable with the responsibilities and systems.

• Maintaining accurate vendor records and processing updates
• Preparing recurring AP and operational reports
• Researching invoice, payment, and account discrepancies
• Comparing invoices with vendor statements and resolving differences
• Supporting corporate credit card activity and reconciliations
• Researching outstanding checks, credits, and related account activity
• Organizing financial data and producing clear reporting in Excel
• Documenting procedures and supporting special projects
• Communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve questions
• Providing additional AP and accounting support as priorities shift

To be considered for this AP Operations Analyst opportunity, you should have:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting operations experience
• Strong intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, Pivot Tables, and formulas
• An analytical mindset with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A highly accurate, organized, and dependable approach to work
