After achieving 16% growth over the past two years, they're investing in their people and looking for an Accounting Manager to help support the next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity to join a financially stable organization where you'll work closely with leadership, improve processes, and help guide important business decisions-not simply manage day-to-day accounting.

You'll oversee the company's accounting operations while providing timely, accurate financial information that helps leadership make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Managing the month-end and year-end close process
• Preparing financial statements and management reporting
• Monitoring cash flow and supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Maintaining strong internal controls and audit-ready financial records
• Partnering with operational leaders to improve financial visibility
• Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies

You're someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and taking ownership of your work. You communicate well with both finance and non-finance colleagues and enjoy partnering with leadership to solve business challenges.

Salary range starts at $79K annually DOE, with a structured progression plan designed to reward performance with substantial salary growth in a two-year span.
