Salary: $120,000-$150,000

- Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and develop the accounting team while coordinating with external bookkeeping partners.
- Lead budget development, financial planning, and grant compliance activities.
- Direct payroll administration, benefits-related financial functions, and cash flow management.
- Serve as the lead for annual audits, government grant audits, and required tax filings.
- Evaluate and optimize accounting systems, controls, and financial reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting practices.
- Experience leading audits, compliance, and financial reporting functions
