A well-established and growing food manufacturing company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership, with a strong focus on financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory, and process improvement.

Salary:
Up to $155,000

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Manage cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing-related financial reporting
• Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting
• Support audits, tax requirements, and other compliance activities
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to leadership
• Lead and develop the accounting team

• Manufacturing experience is required
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred
• Previous Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
• Strong cost accounting and inventory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
