Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Interview Process: Resume review followed by a 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Filing: Scan paperwork, maintain alphabetical/numerical/subject filing systems, and assist with audit requests.
  • Financial Support: Handle billing preparation, enter service requests, and create requisitions within People Soft.
  • Data Management: Enter data into various computer systems, update spreadsheets, and run People Soft reports.
  • Office Support: Type forms and memoranda, organize meetings/travel/luncheons, and provide general clerical assistance.
  • Quality Control: Check and compare data for accuracy and completeness while compiling routine reports.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Physical & Professional Requirements

  • Reliability: Maintain prompt attendance for all scheduled shifts and required meetings.
