The Communities team is looking for someone to implement administrative and logistical leadership across the department. The Communities Team Coordinator will partner with the Pastors of Community and the Pastor of Spiritual Formation in supporting Bridgetown Communities and their Leaders by managing various aspects of planning, communication, and logistics. They will also provide administrative support and project management for Bridgetown Communities events like Basics, New Leader Training, and Leaders Cohort.
As an integral member of the Communities team, this role requires strong project management and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and maintain clarity in a fast-paced environment.
