Shift

7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

Job Summary
  • Perform high‑volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking
  • Generate and manage invoices, billing, and payment tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books or similar software
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support
  • Hands‑on experience with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll processes
  • Strong proficiency in Quick Books (highly preferred), Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Excellent data entry accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
