eMoney & Data Entry
  • Maintain and update client financial planning data in eMoney, including entering new client information, updating account values, and keeping plans current ahead of meetings
  • Ensure eMoney plans are accurate and ready for advisor review prior to client meetings
  • Coordinate with the advisor to make sure plan updates reflect the latest client conversations
General Operations

  • Prepare correspondence and run reports as requested
  • Ensure client files and reports are prepared and current ahead of advisor meetings
  • Coordinate mailings and events with the front desk
  • Prepare paperwork, coordinate signatures, and process incoming checks
Database & File Maintenance
  • Maintain clients and appointment tasks in Redtail (CRM) and internal databases, including onboarding and offboarding
