Administrative Assistant temporary position for an educational institution - 6 months contract, Portland, OR onsite. COVID vaccination is required. The purpose of this position is to perform general and specific duties related to Assessments so that the identified need for compliance of the ongoing trend of dramatically increasing numbers of student testing accommodations granted by the Office of Student Access can be met.

This temporary position will be used to help free up bottlenecks in time, resources, and efficacy inadvertently caused by proliferating numbers of exam accommodations during this testing-heavy phase of the curriculum. The position will assist the Assessment team in exam platform troubleshooting, checking in students, and proctoring exams; creating remediation exam codes/prepping exam folders; booking, coordinating and opening exam rooms;

distributing tokens; coordinating and completing detailed tasks related to student assessments and entering confidential data into tracking system; use of other instructional testing platforms as deemed necessary. Preparing materials for the supplement. General coordination assistance with special assessment projects (e.g., the Mock Step 1, makeup assessments) and collaborate with the Director, Program Manager, Administrative Manager, Teaching Services.
