Part time Executive Administrative Assistant to the President
Northwest Office Liquidations – Portland (Part‑time). Monday‑Friday 9:30 am‑1:30 pm.
We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the President of Northwest Office Liquidations.
Requirements- Minimum of three years of executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Ability to prepare quotes and handle COI (Certificate of Insurance) documents
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Efficiently handle email correspondence
- Prepare and process quotes for clients
- Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the President
