Description
The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients, including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients.

Qualifications- 2 years working experience in a medical clinic, office setting, or administrative setting.
- Extensive and excellent customer service experience.
- Epic or other EMR.
- Specialty clinic experience.

CompensationPosted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
