Job Summary
This position reports to the Office Coordinator in the Facilities Services Office. Duties will include answering the phone, creating documents within Microsoft Office and Canva; entering data into TMA software; and other various office tasks. We request a minimum of 2 hours per shift. For the Fall semester, we are specifically looking for Tuesday/Thursday availability. The hours available to work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00am-4:30pm.
Core Duties
* Answering the office phone, and greeting incoming visitors
* Data input, filing documents
* Creating documents and spreadsheets within Word, Excel and Canva
* Project assistance
* Driving department vehicles on campus for mail pickup and project-based work
* Other relevant tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
* Responsible and reliable
* Focused worker
* Ability to follow directions, work under supervision and independently
* Organized
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service
Physical Requirements
* Ability to drive
