We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Assistant Senior to join our Health Services Center. Working under the guidance of our clinic supervisors and in close collaboration with our regional leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in our operational success. In this position, you will serve as a leader among our clinic office assistant staff, providing essential training and supporting the implementation of standard operational workflows.

As the Office Assistant Senior, you will:
* Support daily clinic operations under the general direction of the Clinic Supervisors.
* Lead daily cash management activities for the clinic.
* Build Epic templates in accordance with Primary Care access management policy and guidelines; manage assigned clinic work queues.
* Assist staff and providers with operational needs including equipment and set-up.
* Provide coverage for front desk and team clerical assistant functions as needed; perform administrative and clerical functions to support clinic operations.
* Manage clinic calendars and Google groups, as well as scheduling for staff and clinic leadership meetings.
* Provide training for Office Assistant 2 operations staff; serve as preceptor/trainer for front desk staff, providing coaching and subject matter expertise on front desk workflows, policies and procedures.
* Serve as delegated onsite operations leadership contact when Clinic Supervisor is off-site or unavailable.
* Collaborate with the clinic sustainability team and regional leadership team on clinic operations quality improvement initiatives; participate in leadership meetings relevant to the role.
* Order supplies and equipment and follow-up on issues and orders; complete supply inventory, including office supplies and medical supplies; coordinate with outside contractors for equipment maintenance and repair.
* Serve as site safety chair and supports essential site safety functions.

Minimum Qualifications /Transferable Skills*:
* Education/ training equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade
* Three (3) to six (6) years of relevant experience
