Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Ability to work accurately with confidential financial information
- Mid-level position
- Previous data entry, administrative, banking, payment processing, or office experience preferred
- Strong 10-key data entry skills
- Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with 98% accuracy preferred
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent attendance and reliability required
- Process inbound lockbox transactions for a banking operation
- Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
- Utilize 10-key data entry to enter payment and transaction information
- Review documentation and verify information for accuracy
- Maintain records and process financial information according to established procedures
- Identify and report discrepancies or processing issues
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
