The Office Coordinator plays a key role in keeping Artisan Dental Laboratory running smoothly and its employees engaged. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple recurring responsibilities across departments.
POSITION SUMMARY:This position maintains the front desk, greets clients and vendors, coordinates meeting support and documentation, maintains safety and communication postings, and manages the ordering of office supplies.
HOURS:8:00am - 5:00pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintains the front desk.
- Assists with company events/parties and employee committees.
- Prepares meeting materials, attends department meetings, and takes minutes.
- Orders office supplies and forms; designs and copies in-house forms as needed.
- Prepares orientation packets and handbooks as needed.
- Maintain and organize files.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Respectfully takes direction from managers.
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of administrative or office coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
$23 - $25/hour depending on experience
