Confidential Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Central Intake Coordinator to support our admissions process across multiple facilities in the Portland, OR area. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant intake experience for patients, families, referral sources, and internal teams.

What You’ll DoServe as the central point of contact for all incoming referrals
Review referral documentation for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
Coordinate admissions with facility teams, clinical staff, and referral sources
Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and required documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date intake records in internal systems
Communicate admission status clearly and professionally to all stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Support timely bed placement and admission decisions
Assist with intake reporting and process improvements
Previous experience in healthcare intake, admissions, referrals, or case management preferred
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple referrals and deadlines simultaneously
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with electronic medical records and intake systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Must be available to work weekends
