RAJ Sports seeks a Seasonal Administrative Coordinator to support Epicenter Week, the podcast, and related initiatives. You will handle guest coordination, content support, and overall event operations, including on-site registration and day-of needs, while assisting leadership.
You will organize materials, track assets, proofread messaging, and help with scheduling logistics, travel arrangements, and post-event duties as needed. This is a part-time W9 contract position in Portland, OR.
