Our office assistant provides general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves clerical duties, communication management, and assisting team members with routine tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Database management in Slate CRM (address cleanup, duplicate resolution)
- Communication (via email) and processing of group visit requests.
- Assignment and response to inbox messages in Slate CRM.
- Calendaring in our Google Calendar

SCHEDULEWork shifts will be between 8:30 am - 5 pm and take place in 2-4 hour blocks. We anticipate students in this position to work 6-8 hours per week.
RATE OF PAY$16.80 / hour
WORK STUDY REQUIREMENTFederal or L&C Work Study preferred but not required
PREFERENCES- Detail-oriented

- Google Calendar experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in an office setting preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM or similar tools preferred but not required
