We are seeking motivated and professional Administrative Interns with strong English communication skills to join a well-established law firm specializing in Social Security Disability cases. This internship offers valuable exposure to legal operations, client services, and administrative support within a mission-driven professional environment. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting individuals navigating complex legal and disability-related processes.

The firm is one of the largest Social Security Disability law practices in the Pacific Northwest and is committed to supporting vulnerable populations through high-quality legal representation and client advocacy. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Assist with document preparation, file organization, and case management tasks
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and case updates
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records
  • Support intake coordination and administrative scheduling activities
  • Assist with data entry, correspondence, and office management tasks
  • Help ensure timely handling of confidential and sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members across different operational areas of the firm
Qualifications
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Legal Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative software
Preferred qualifications
  • Interest in legal operations, social services, advocacy, or public service work
  • Prior administrative, customer service, office, or legal support experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy when working with clients
