Job Title:Program Coordinator Assistant
Reports To:Executive Director
FLSA Status:Non-exempt, paid Hourly
Summary:This position is the right hand tothe Executive Director. This position will assistwithoverseeing dailyresidential activities to ensure smooth operations, providing qualified staff,and maintaining all aspects of personnel administration by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Illness and Injury Prevention Program (IIPP) to include initial training of new employees.
- High school diplomaor
Associates Degree with course work completed.
Preferrediscombination of education and experience. - Priorprogram coordinator assistant orpersonnelassistant of1-year related experienceisrequired.
- Confidential,positive attitude,and has strong skills in crisis management and interventionisrequired.
- Must be a self-starter, have strong organizational skills,andbe able tomultitaskdutiesisrequired.
- Must display a friendly,courteous,and helpful attitude towardotherresidents,employees,vendors,and the public.
- Must be able to successfully pass the DHS background check and drug test.

Certifications, Licenses, and RegistrationsMust maintain a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, andcarry state required auto insurance.
Language AbilityThis position requires interfacing with all members of the public including elected officials, business and property owners, residents, community members, government staff, vendors, and professional service providers. Capability to communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
Ability to effectivelyusecommunication skills to present information accurately and clearly in one-on-one and small group situations with colleagues, outside vendors, students, parents, community members of the organization.
Exercises innovative and analytical thinking and exhibits strong problem-solving skills.
Capability toanalyzing data. The abilitytochoose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem.
Demonstrates effective leadership, trust building, conflict resolution skillsandwork independently.
Computer Skills and Office EquipmentTo perform thisjob successfully, an individual should have theproficient computer skillsincludingexperience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work EnvironmentYou will workat the residentialhomein a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This individual may be required to work outside the 8:30 a.m.
- 5:30 p.m. workdayto staff events and offsite meetings throughout the year. These off-houroccasions are typically planned and known in advance.
