- We pay 95% to 99% of medical insurance premiums for full-time employees [OR up to 99% of medical insurance premiums for part-time employees], including mental health coverage.
- The hourly equivalent for this position is $26.19 - $40.63. [OR the annual salary for this position is $54,464 - $84,501.]
- 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 3 personal business days, separate sick and vacation paid leaves (prorated for part-time employees), and other employee benefits such as optional insurances and flexible spending plans.
- OJD will pay you a 5% allowance for bilingual skills (including ASL) if you can pass a skills test and are assigned to use those skills on the job!
- In this job profile, we offer candidates new to OJD up to the fourth step of the salary range, depending on experience.
- You are potentially eligible for a 5% annual increase.

- You will greet customers, assess their needs, and provide them with guidance for their next steps to ensure that they can successfully complete their court business.
- You will start new cases and accept, review for accuracy and completeness, and process documents for a variety of case types based on established business processes.
- You will process violations cases at the customer service counter helping customers navigate their choices.
- You will also look up, print, certify, and take payments for court records.
- Additionally, you will process payments that are made to each unit of the court in person, over the phone, and through the mail.
- You will balance and account for all payments, negotiate payment plan terms with customers, initiate and monitor collections activities for court‑imposed obligations.
- Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.
