- Provide outstanding customer service to retail and wholesale customers, in person and over the phone.
- Assist service technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering correct automotive parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts movement.
- Order parts and supplies for the dealership and service department.
- Advise customers on parts, accessories, and equipment specific to their vehicle.
- Process parts sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
Pay Range: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 a month

- Previous CDK experience is preferred but not required.
- 1+ years of experience working within an automotive Parts Department.
- Previous automotive parts experience required (dealership experience strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong inventory and data‑entry accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership parts management systems is a plus.
Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
