• Providing exceptional customer service to retail and internal service department customers
• Advising customers and technicians on correct parts selection for various makes and models
• Maintaining, organizing, and tracking inventory using dealership systems
• Ordering and receiving parts and supplies efficiently and accurately
• Facilitating and tracking the sale and delivery of parts
• Collaborating with the service and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts needs

Pay Range: $36,0000.00 - $50,000.00 annually!

• Previous automotive parts experience required
• Dealership experience preferred, especially with MOPAR parts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with parts inventory systems a plus (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
