Automotive Receptionist

Within the After Sales service and under the responsibility of the Workshop Manager, the Automotive Receptionist is responsible for a repair unit and the clients associated with it. The missions are essential for customer satisfaction and quality of service:

• Welcome clients of the workshop and analyze their problems in order to organize the workshop interventions in the best possible time
• Organize and plan the order of passage
• Manage the administrative client files: creation of the repair order and information for the workshop
• Ensure the follow-up of the client file and maintain contact with the client by keeping them informed: needs for additional work, preventive work proposals, time of recovery...
• Show reactivity to propose adapted maintenance solutions
• Once the repair is done, close the file and ensure invoicing
• Perform regular administrative tasks: follow-up campaigns, warranty follow-up, temporary vehicle loan...
• Foster communication and good relations within the team for better workshop cohesion and reception

Profile sought:
The profile should be technical and commercial. Minimum education level of Bac+2 ideally in automotive maintenance. Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector. Good knowledge of automotive repair is required. Excellent contact sense, customer service sense, planning and organization sense, proposal strength, proactive, dynamic and smiling
